"Today I made a hotel reservation..."

I made a hotel reservation today for a stay tomorrow, but plans changed and I needed to cancel after 4:00 P.M. I reached out and chatted with Carrie, who was super helpful. She gathered my details, contacted the hotel, and managed to cancel everything, then called me back in just 15 minutes. Plus, she got my deposit with PSH refunded in full. I really felt she went the extra mile and I’ll surely use their services again!
